I forgot my password. How can I get into my account?
Click here to request a new password. A new password with a corresponding link will be e-mailed to you. To create your own password, simply edit your profile.
I would like to change my address/password/user information. How can I do this?
Simply click on My Account, log in, and click the Edit tab to edit your profile.
How do I let BORN STRONGER know about my new e-mail address?
Simply log into My Account and click the Edit tab. Here you will see an e-mail address field. Enter your new e-mail address and click Update.
How do I cancel my subscription to the newsletter?
Click on My Account and click the Edit tab. You will see a checkbox for the Newsletter. Simply uncheck and you will be unsubscribed within 5 business days. Also, there is always a link to unsubscribe at the bottom of every newsletter.
Placing an Order
Are all these items in stock?
Yes, all items online are available in stock and ready to ship to your location.
Do I have to pay online?
No, simply call us at 1-877-782-6108, 9 am to 6pm Pacific Standard TimePST Monday through Friday. We will be happy to take your order over the phone.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on your shipping selection and location. We offer you our best prices through United Postal Services and UPS. You will be able to select the best option for you during the checkout process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please select your country in the check out process.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of the transaction.
I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?
For your quick receipt, orders are processed real time and cannot be changed once submitted. Please review carefully prior to submitting.
How can I check on an order?
Simply click on My Account, log in and click on View Order History.
When will my order leave your distribution center?
Provided we have no issues with processing your payment, your order will ship within 2 business days. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or United States holidays.
What should I do if I did not receive my order confirmation?
If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been accepted, as well as an e-mail to confirm that your order has been shipped. Please make sure that these e-mails have not been automatically routed to your Junk Mail folder. If you still cannot find the e-mail in your inbox or Junk Mail folder, log on to My Account to view the status of your order and click on the Edit tab to ensure we have your correct e-mail address.
I placed an order and just realized that I entered my e-mail address incorrectly. Will I receive my order confirmation e-mail?
The order confirmation e-mail is automatically generated, so BORN STRONGER will not be able to resend it; however, if you log on to My Account, you can view your order status as well as click on Edit to update your e-mail address.
Do you ship to APO/FPO address?
Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses via the USPS.
On what days do you ship items?
For all Web orders, regardless of shipping method, we ship out on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.
Do you offer Saturday deliveries?
No, we do not offer Saturday deliveries at this time.
Do you offer Sunday deliveries?
No, deliveries are not available on Sundays.
Does Born Stronger ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, if you select USPS.
Do you offer Will Call for Web orders?
No, we do not offer Will Call for Web orders.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it or return it, simply return the item to us within 30 days of the purchase date in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed condition for an exchange or refund. If it is an exchange, please include the specifications of the new BORN STRONGER item you would like including size and color.
