He Lost His Limbs Not His Heart.Posted by danbOn March 24th, 1986 a baby boy was born in Suwanee, Georgia. However he wasn’t like the other kids born that day. This baby had a condition known as congenital amputation, which, according to Wikipedia is a congenital disorder that can be caused by fibrous bands of the amnion that constrict foetal limbs to such an extent, that they fall off due to missing blood supply.

Small Miracles. A Fellow MMA Fan Shares Her Amazing StoryPosted by danbRecently we were introduced to fellow MMA fan, Ruby Valadez and were awed by her story. Ruby is a single mother of four children. Her youngest daughter was born with Congenital Hydrocephalus, which is a buildup of excess cerebrospinal fluid in the brain at birth. As a result, she suffers from a variety of ailments including respiratory distress, diabetes, blindness and epileptic seizures.
