It's another MMA Gear Monday!

Can you believe January is already half over? Where does the time go? Before we know it the summer will be here and all this cold weather will be a distant memory. (It can't come soon enough for some of us!)
 

2010 is well under way and it already feels like summer is right around the corner. It's also Friday, which means it's time for another BORN STRONGER MMA gear product spotlight?

Is it just us or is 2010 flying by even faster than 2009 did? It seems like Christmas was just yesterday, but here we are in the middle of January already! Time sure flies.

We don't know about you, but we're happy that 2009 is finally here. The holidays are great, but the chaos can have negative effects on our training. Now that 2010 is finally here, we can settle down and get back to work!
 

The other day I was eating my 112th cookie of the holiday season and thought to myself, "Eh - who cares? My New Years resolution is to lose weight and train more anyway. No big deal." Now, I know myself. I'm pretty good at sticking to a diet and training routine. Fortuntely, my job and schedule allow me to do so! But not everyone has that luxury.
 

Recently we were introduced to fellow MMA fan, Ruby Valadez and were awed by her story. Ruby is a single mother of four children. Her youngest daughter was born with Congenital Hydrocephalus, which is a buildup of excess cerebrospinal fluid in the brain at birth. As a result, she suffers from a variety of ailments including respiratory distress, diabetes, blindness and epileptic seizures.

Is it just us, or do the holidays come and go faster than the latest Chuck Liddell retiremement announcement? Now that all the presents are unwrapped and the cleaning is done it's back to reality MMA fans:(
