It's that time of year again. The sun is shining, birds are chirping and athletes everywhere are want to start training outside again. Check out this video of Steve Maxwell training on the beach. For those who don't know Mr. Maxwell, he is a world-renowned fitness trainer and BJJ instructor. He has worked with the Phillies, Eagles and Dodgers and is one of the world's foremost authorities on kettlebell training. He was also the first person to be certified to teach Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in the USA. 

In short, he's a bad ass!
